I thought I'd show you one of my personal projects I've been working on.

Those of you who've watched my gallery for a while will remember I did a sculpture of my character Torius in 2010: [link]
I decided that since I've improved significantly since first sculpting that, I'd have a re-attempt at making a sculpt of my favourite character.

This time round the anatomy is much more accurate, and I'm also using a blend of different clays on him.

The ears and horn are the last parts that I will add, since they're the most fragile parts. I should also add that he hasn't been baked yet - I'm still tweaking certain areas, like the hoof areas, which I can't seem to get right.

Holy smokes, I am so impressed! It looks like professional work, Crys. Like, could be made into a Breyer sort of work. Amazing! Did you post pics anywhere of this from other angles? I'd love to see!

Actually, you reminded me that I haven't taken any pictures of him since he was baked. He's currently in the stage where he's being prepped for painting (sanded down, patching up spots / imperfections etc.)

Since you asked, I've just taken a bunch of photos of him from different angles. If you'd like, I could email them to you (don't feel like uploading them to dA at the moment.)
